Responsibilities:职责
• Lead to build Distributor Route-to-Market (RTM) supply chain capability in a sales region by developing and implementing operational standards to improve distributor operational excellence in service, inventory, write-off and cost so that to be affordable supporting MDLZ expansion for more Right Stores.
发展与提升经销商在服务,库存管理以及成本控制的标准化运作,领导并建立经销商在销售区域市场通路的供应链能力,从而实现**业务扩张并达成更多正确门店。
• Work with Regional Sales Teams and influence both Sales and Supply Chain organizations to maximize the sales opportunity.
同区域销售团队及供应链组织部门一起实现销售机会的最大化。
• Implement the integrated and holistic work processes & practices to build competitive world-class RTM capability in China market. This includes developing and implementing distributor customer service & logistics strategies to offer MDLZ the distant competitive advantage in distributor RTM capability for deep distributions.
整合工作流程及实施,在中国市场构建世界级的供应链运作能力,包括经销商客服能力,物流能力,从而使得**在深度配送方面具备更直接的竞争优势。
• Enable significant consolidation of current distributor networks of China RTM Reinvention, and to double the distribution coverage in 3 years. At the same time, to ensure execution quality as Perfect Store by speed to market and improved On Shelf Availability (OSA).
能够帮助实现中国供应链重构及现有配送网络的整合,3年内配送覆盖翻倍,确保高质高效地实现完美门店及货架陈列有效。
• Work with Distributor Sales Team, lead to design the optimized store customer call and supply delivery routes for lowest delivery cost.
同销售团队一起,优化门店客户拜访以及基于最低的配送成本的配送线路设计。
• Develop and implement distributor warehousing and transportation work processes. Design and build distributor customer service & logistics organization and capability so that cost and inventory effectively reaching targeted deep distribution.
开发与贯彻仓储物流操作流程;设计与构建经销商客服和物流组织能力,从而实现低成本高效率地深度配送服务。
• Develop the logistics strategy and model for opening new distribution branch warehouses. And lead to set up distributor special distribution capability, such as cold chain
发展经销商新建分仓的物流战略及模式,领导建立经销商的特殊配送能力如冷链配送。
• Define the efficient logistics information solutions driving continuous distributor cost and service efficiency.
设计有效地物流信息方案推动经销商运作成本及服务效率持续改善。
• Identify and eliminate the supply chain loss opportunities in the distribution network
识别并消除经销商网络的供应链损失机会。
• Accelerate distributor supply chain mastery development of the team
加快经销商供应链团队的发展优势。
Requirements:要求:
• College degree or above
本科学历或以上。
• 6+ years logistics working experience, cross-functional experience in Logistic operation/ Planning/ Finance/Sales/ would be preferred
6年以上的物流工作经验,在物流运作,计划,财务,销售有跨部门工作经验为佳。
• Holding/trading company experiences is a plus, ideally with an FMCG company or retailer
贸易公司工作经历较好,较理想的是来自快消品公司或者零售业。
• Strong knowledge of the end to end supply chain, Understanding on IS system operation
丰富的一体化供应链知识,熟练掌握信息系统的操作。
• Great experience in Physical Distribution with good track record of performance
很好的实物分销工作经验,并且有可追溯的考评记录。
• Strong customer focus, Effective cross functional communication skills, Detail analysis and provide solution ability, Negotiation skill, Loss Analysis skills strongly preferred
