LOT是按车型订货，按车型捆包的KD件出货模式
PXP是按件订货按件捆包的KD件出货模式，
发达国家还有很多KD件出货模式，我最近正在写这方面的论文，等我发表后你看看吧，我就是负责包装的，我太清楚这个了。 :lol

Lot By Lot CKD适合批量生产, 但有时侯会导致过多备件库存, 一个Lot 的量各个主机厂也大相径庭, 有288的也有106的,但结算简单, 按批结算. Part By Part比较适合拉动式的生产. 结算一般按下线倒冲结算
