【chenjun，2014年】超载是公路货运普遍现象，也常为媒体报道焦点。人们可以轻而易举列出超载带来的一些问题，如影响了车辆转向和刹车系统，可控性会降低，容易出事故，还对道路桥梁造成损害。媒体每每是一片谴责之声，不是谴责司机急功近利罔顾安全就是谴责路桥收费太高导致司机不超载没钱赚。去年末河南省永城市一女车主因货车超载被查处愤而喝农药，此事使当地运政路政部门遭受了前所未有的舆论压力，甚至有多名责任人员被移送司法。人们痛恨超载，认为这种现象屡禁不止原因，是利益部门作祟，比如在永城市，运政、路政方面有所谓“年票”、“月票”，缴纳这些费用后，就允许一定范围内超载的货车上路。这里必须回到一个根本性问题，货车为什么会超载？在两地之间运送货物，有些费用是相对固定的，比如路桥收费、高速通行费，货物单次装得越多，单位货物摊分的这些固定费用就越低。虽然多搭载货物会耗用更多燃油，但是这时候多出的燃油是直接用于边际之上的货物增加量，如果再走一趟，还要为车身重量多付出油耗。除此之外，因为汽车有使用年限，购买车辆的投入有利息，人力也要支出，这些属于买了货车从事运输之后就存在的费用，单次多运载一些货物，一定时间内就能运送更多货物，也能摊薄单位货物这些费用。当然也并非超载得越多越好，一辆汽车的载重能力不会无限，司机打算装载多少货物，还要考虑其他成本。有些公路会按重收费，每超过核定载重一定比率加重收费。另外，超载...; 关注问题 1  0  0评论

转载自 e2biz服务笔记，原创作者丁怡等1.新年的麻烦新的一年开始了，成树斌却一点也高兴不起来。他的仓库遇到了大麻烦。成树斌所在的八达公司是一家中型仓储物流企业，主要为制造业和零售业提供仓储外包服务。他是八达公司的仓库经理之一。成树斌的麻烦来自于公司刚刚接到的一笔业务——为H公司提供VMI服务。H公司是八达公司多年的客户，一直合作良好，但是H公司最近推行VMI，要求供应商和物流公司都要加入，否则就更换合作伙伴。八达公司以前没有提供过VMI服务，但大家想仓库嘛，总不过是收货发货这点事，上了VMI无非就是要按使用方要求配送，就是配送频次高点，大家辛苦点，为了不被H公司换掉，也为了那迷人的服务费，就接下来这个VMI的任务。可是VMI一启动，成树斌就知道麻烦大了。成树斌的仓库不算大，只有两千多平米，但是都是5米多高的高层货架，里面储存了3000多个SKU的物料。实行VMI之后，H公司给每个供应商分配了很有限的库位，只够放3-7天的用量。每次供应商送货来，就被仓库按品类放到货位上。█第一个麻烦快要累死人了就是H公司要求车间提出需求后2小时之内要送达。这本不是个很难达到的要求，因为成树斌的仓库离H公司很近，走路过去也不过15分钟。可主要的麻烦不是运输，而是拣货。以前给H公司送货，都是整包装送，而且每周也就送个两三次。现在H公司要求按工单配送，工厂每个小时都会发过来两到三份需求（...; 关注问题 3  1  0评论
