速递式分销体系，大幅缩减仓储/ 物流成本

阿尔迪的物流部门由多个分销中心组成，每个分销中心负责 60-80 家店的货物供应； Aldi(阿尔迪)的物流体系很特别，配送半径才50公里，在这个距离大约开50-80家门店。每个配送中心的面积在2.5-4万平米左右，有20个以上的收货月台和20个以上的发货月台，对门店的配送占比为95%。这是早期的仓库内运作情况。开始用上语音拣货了。拣货车都是双托盘长叉，拣货效率较高。南北两大集团在德国分别拥有 31/35 家区域子公司，每家子公司至少配备 1 个分销中心，这个结构反映了阿尔迪追求简单、反对集中的诉求。

英文资料： APP helps Global Retailer ALDI build a National Network of Logistic Centres In just 10 years, ALDI has built a national retailing business that challenges the traditional grocery market in Australia. APP contributed to this success story by developing the logistics centres that have supported this growth. The first project delivered under this programme was a 53,000m2 distribution centre opened in 2004 in Stapylton, QLD, which consisted of an ambient warehouse, a chiller, freezer, racking, a regional headquarters office and various ancillary areas. A sister facility in Prestons, NSW, opened in 2009, and a third logistics facility in Dandenong, VIC, opened in 2010. Also, a new extension to ALDI’s Australian Headquarters in Minchinbury opened in 2010. APP’s role spanned business analysis, logistic network modelling, site selection and acquisition; and included the design, construction and commissioning of individual facilities. Securing the large sites required for these new facilities in established urban areas is not an easy challenge. APP overcame this challenge through the application of our suite of Real Estate Services; from market analysis, property strategy, analysing alternate property transactions forms (i.e. on and off balance sheet), due diligence, negotiation, deal finalisation and satisfaction of land sale contract conditions.
