弹性上班时间：在每日一定时间范围内,例如上班时间在上午7点和9点半之间,下午3点半前仍需工作,员工可自定自己的上班时间,只要上班的工作时数达到公司规定应有的上班时数即可。但在一段时期内,例如一个月,需要有一定时数的上班时间,如未达一定时数的上班时间则需扣薪水。弹性上班时间亦称flexible time。
